About Us

Tooker & Antz was established in 1963 by Frederic R. Tooker and the late B. Kemble Antz, certified shorthand reporters. We are a full-service court reporting agency and a leading firm in the San Francisco Bay Area and provide services from San Jose to the south and Santa Rosa to the north. Our clientele includes law firms, governmental agencies, and other business and private organizations. We are both insured and licensed.

Our staff of professional reporters have a vast experience in all facets of court reporting and our videographers provide the needed impact for maximum courtroom effect.

Fred Tooker, one of our founders, formerly served as a Director of the San Francisco Jr. Chamber of Commerce, the California Court Reporters Association and the Deposition Reporters Association of California. He served as the official reporter for the San Francisco Medical Examiner's Office for over forty years. He is a member of the Commonwealth Club, the World Trade Club and the Marines Memorial Association.
